I can't believe I'm saying this....

You can now classify me as a "Minivan Mom"!


Due to increased gas prices and the age of my Tahoe, we decided to look into the minivan scene. It was even Heath's idea if you can believe that! He's now eating the words, "I'll never own a minivan". That said, the car is awesome. It's an 06 Honda Oddessey. It pays to keep in touch with my old boss. I've been gone for nearly 2 years and they treated us with great care.

It's something I've been meaning to do for a while. It's a great photo storage site with great organization features. If you click on that collage it will take you to my photostream. I'll be creating 'sets' of Hunter by month since that's how I organize his pictures. Hunter has been eating pretty well (a relative term considering the poor eater he is) lately so we rewarded him with an Oreo. Yum!

Today we invited Grandma and some friends over for lunch and some fun by the pool.

In Honor of Father's Day

Hunter has been doing a lot of mimicking lately. I have a few occasions on film. He seems to be imitating Daddy most of the time.

Another Day at the Beach

We packed up and went to the beach again this past Saturday. Hunter had a pretty good time the first time so we decided to try again. This time was even more fun. He didn't mind the sand on his hands and feet as much this time. He and Daddy even played in the shallow water a little and let the waves crash on them while finding shells. We really didn't want to leave, but it was getting late for Hunter to be taking a nap. On the way out we bought a season pass (you have to pay to park) so I guess we'll be going pretty often!

We're back, recharged, and ready for summer!

The cruise was great and we really enjoyed vacationing with friends. I think it helped with the missing Hunter part. Hunter had a fun week with his grandmas and Dedi. They said you would have never known we were gone. He was an angel and a joy to them all week. That makes a momma happy. He was very excited to see us when we picked him up and didn't let us out of his sight. He was making sure he was leaving with us! I'll share a few pictures from the trip...
