First Photo Shoot - 4 days

I attempted some pictures today and only got away with one pose. We'll try again tomorrow, maybe. I love them though. Her little mohawk is the cutest!

Peyton is here!

I think most people that read this blog already know that Peyton has arrived. I was induced Wednesday morning at 4:30am and she arrived at 11:31am - 8lbs 4oz and 21 inches long. It couldn't have been a smoother birth experience. I pushed for an entire 6 minutes and out she came :o) Recovering has been much easier this time and we actually came home just 30 hours after she was born. We saw the pediatrician this morning and she is at 97% of her birth weight which is excellent for being breast fed. We're doing really well overall. Hunter is having a ball with Dedi and will spend some time with Grandma before he comes home on Saturday. That's when the real transition will begin :o)

I think Peyton and Hunter's first pictures look a lot a like so I thought I'd do some comparisons.

Peyton 8lbs 4oz
Hunter 7lbs 6oz

That husband of mine..

I mentioned to Heath that I needed something to organize all of Peyton's headbands. I was thinking of just a rectangular piece of wood to slide them over so the flowers and bows wouldn't get smushed like if they were stuffed in a box or a drawer. He tends to take things to a whole new level and here is the result. It's perfect! I like to call it The Headband Tower.

T-REX Cafe

It's our last weekend as a family of 3. I can't believe it! I wanted to take Hunter to do something special. I heard about this T-REX restaurant out at Downtown Disney not long ago and knew Hunter would love it. I have no idea how long it's actually been there. I hadn't seen any pictures so didn't really know what to expect. We had a great time. The food is definitely overpriced. You're paying for the experience for sure although the food was surprisingly good. Every 20 minutes the place comes to life - the lights go down and the dinosaurs start moving and making noise.

Grandma met us there

Hunter was a little intimidated when the place came to life.

But we all just became dinosaurs and yelled back at them :o)
After lunch we went digging for dinosaur bones.

Hunter

Definitely taking after his Dad
Uncle Ronnie & Aunt Pat showered Hunter with goodies while they were here a few weeks ago. One of the goodies was this hat with light attached. Hunter loves to go into dark rooms with it and look around. "Come on, I show you" he says.
We got stopped by a really slow moving train one day so the boys got out of the car to see it up close.
Hunter found a pillow Grandma brought and he went and got his blanket and doggies and layed down in the bathroom where the pillow was.
